Technical Telemetry
Machine specifications, OS versions, and hardware identifiers are logged during playtests to ensure cross-platform compatibility and performance optimization.
Network Data
IP addresses and connection logs are utilized strictly for server-side matchmaking and to prevent malicious activity within our digital environments.
Data Integrity
& Storage
At Nefiqz Game Studio, we treat player data like critical source code: redundant, encrypted, and accessible only to those with authorized clearance. We do not engage in the distribution of your personal information for third-party marketing.
- Encryption: AES-256 standard for all stored assets.
- Locality: Data processed primarily via secure nodes in Bangkok.
- Retention: Purging of non-essential logs every 90 days.
Your Control Parameters
Access & Rectification
You maintain the right to request a comprehensive dossier of the data we hold on your profile. If technical errors exist in your records, we are committed to rapid correction.
Erasure (The Kill Switch)
You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated telemetry at any time. This action is irreversible once confirmed by our administration.
Processing Restriction
You can object to specific automated processing pipelines. While this may limit some game functionalities, we respect your hierarchy of privacy.
Data Portability
Upon request, we can export your play history and configuration files in a machine-readable format for use across other compatible software systems.
