Nefiqz Game Studio operates as an independent creative entity in Bangkok. Our digital presence is provided as a portfolio of our technical expertise and creative services. Any interaction with our site must remain within the bounds of standard professional conduct and intellectual property respect.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this website. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the required age thresholds as defined by Thai PDPA or international standards.

Property
All materials contained on this website—including source code, game assets, soundtracks, character designs, and technical documentation—are the exclusive property of Nefiqz Game Studio.
- A/ Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
- B/ This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You may not modify, copy, or attempt to decompile any software contained on our site.
- C/ Unauthorized use of our creative work for training machine learning models or AI generation is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.
Liability Waiver
The materials on the Nefiqz Game Studio website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Jurisdiction & Governance
Any claim relating to Nefiqz Game Studio's website shall be governed by the laws of Thailand without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Legal disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
